No more potatoes, no more fries for me, Vegetable salad and butter-milk is good for me. No more medicine or sleep pills for me, A cup of warm milk at night is good for me. Banana Tomatoes Carrots Potatoes Cabbage Coli-flower Spinach All Dry fruits. All sprouted pulses (specially wheat.) NB. In case of almond take about 20 dry almonds. Dip them in water for 2 days.
