AGRICULTURE REFORMS ARE OVERDUE.

RAIN RAIN RAIN..NAUGHTY RAIN GO AWAY. SACHIN WANTS TO PLAY. Loud roared the dreadful thunder, My cotton on the field was my blunder. Rain is unpredictable as her. I knew she will come; she knew it would rain cats and dogs. Nothing can make her pause or stay. She has her own way. Rain or shine, to her, they are fine. Where it rains, it pours. Where it is dry, it is real dry. There is no season for rain. It may rain, It may not rain. Life magazine has forecasted that on account of melting glaciers of the Himalayas, entire North India will have dry spell within the next 30 years. On account of construction of dam on the Brahmaputra river, there will be water shortage all around the north-eastern states, within the next ten years. The first floor neighbor does not want that India should get river water from rivers originating from Tibet. China is strategically situated on the head and shoulders of our country. It can cause any mischief any time any where all along the North East of the country. Reason? You have not to go to find it. India has more agriculture land than China. That’s it. China says Indian methods of agriculture are age old and outdated. The output is much more less than worse backward countries. Agriculture is concentrated in the hands of rich Land Holders. There is no progress to go in for collective type of Agriculture. China says China could feed the whole world out of the produce of agriculture from India based on modern and collective farming.
