Nature has prescribed 100 years life-span for human-beings.
Variety of factors, genetics, gender, personal life style
reduce life.
Life-span at Equator zone is 50 to 70 years.
Life span in moderate zone is 70 to 80 years.
Life span in cold climate zone is 90 years.
Similarly food habits also are responsible for reduced life
span.
Once upon a time, Norway ,
Sweden , Finland , had
highest living standard.
Their chief food was cod fish, cod-liver oil with wine.
Their life span was 80 years.
Reports indicate that south-European countries, Spain , France ,
Italy Greece consume Olive, Olive oil, and sea-food, with
red wine.
Life-span of the inhabitants on French Riviera is seen as 90
years.
Therefore it can be surmised that olive and olive oil and
sea-food
And red wine help to enhance life.

one foot long candle of life of hundred years to all. Some
burn candle
in 50 years, some use it sparingly and live 100 years.
Much depends on individual diet. Life needs light exercise.
