Blow the Whistle.
Whistle Blowers.
A whistle blower can be an employee or an outside person,
who gains inside knowledge
of wrong doing inside a company or the Government. He is supposed to be protected
from retribution by the employer, by federal laws protecting
the whistle blowers.
Whistle blowers are selfless martyrs for public interest and
organizational accountability.
Legal protection for whistle blowers vary from country to
country as per their law.
There is no kind of dishonesty into which otherwise good
people frequently, and more easily fall than that of defrauding the Government.
The fraud information is pretty thin stuff unless mixed with
pinpoint facts and experience.
Every year corrupt organizations cheat the government out of
billions of tax-payers
money. If you suspect
a business or organization is defrauding the Government, by
blowing the whistle you may earn a reward if the culprits
are brought to justice.
Frauds can be mainly in the areas of:
HealthCare fraud.
Pharmaceutical Fraud.
MediCare Fraud.
PBM and Pharmacy Fraud.
Durable Medical Equipment Fraud.
Defense Contractor Fraud.
Financial Fraud.
IRS tax fraud
Public Works Fraud.
Where there is money, there are swindlers.
It is unfortunate but words like money and fortune are associated
with
‘cheat’ ‘steal’
‘lie’. The worst things about scams is
that you do not know
until it is too late.
Therefore the role of the whistleblowers comes into lime
light to expose the
inner story of irregularities being performed in a
particular organization.
He raises concern about wrong doing occurring in an
organization or body of people.
The whistle blower reveals the wrong doing within an
organization
to the public or to those who are in position to look into
it and take remedial measures
of action against the culprits. An employee who has inside knowledge of
illegal activities occurring within an organization, and he reports them to the
public.
Whistle blowers are protected under the law from employer’s
retaliation.
