Stress.


Stress is nothing more than a socially acceptable form of mental illness.

Man for the sake of finding a living, forgets how to live.

For fast relief from stress, try slowing down.

We live longer than our forefathers. We live in an atmosphere of worries and cares.
They fatigued the physical muscles, we exhaust finer strength of our nerves.

A successful man spends a day on the river without feeling guilty about it.

One of the symptoms of nervous breakdown is that his work is important than him.

Is everything as urgent as your stress should imply?

Stress is the trash of modern life. We all generate it. If not disposed off,
it would pile up and overtake your life.
