God’s Gift. HUMAN BRAIN.. A whitish soft mass of flesh, nerves, a warehouse, a library, a switch-board. It thinks but has no sentiment, feeling. It is located in the skull of the Human Head. HUMAN MIND. Mind is Manas is human consciousness about thoughts to make sense of Things, To represent them, to interpret them, in significant ways of needs, attachments Goals, commitments plans ends etc to form concepts, solving problems, Reasoning, Making decisions, higher cognitive functions, and analysis of thinking process of cognitive psychology and neuroscience. Dualism. Idealism and Materialism. Dualism holds that Mind exists independent of the Brain. Idealism holds that only mental phenomena exists. Materialism holds that mental phenomena and neuronal are identical. According to Rene Descartes, Brain performs reflex behavior in mechanical terms Whereas the Human Mind was involved in complex Thoughts Language etc. There is a vast Field of difference between mental activity and Brain activity. Hindu Religion has interpreted Mind Brain as two distinct entities. When a person dies the Brain remains in the Body. The Mind is Energy which flies away from the Body. Mind is an intellectual Faculty of understanding, observation, attention, concentration, memory, perception. It is the Soul, the Spirit. Mind controls human body with the help of the Brain. Mind is Life. Mind is Energy. It is flowing within the body like mercury. It can not be touched or located.
