It should be Secretariat. “For forms of Government, let fools contest; Whoever administers best, is best form of Government.” In Nehru’s time Judges were appointed as Governors and Ambassadors. For power they are ready to cut throats of millions. They exploit the masses to revolt at the first available opportunity. For power they can join hands with Enemy. For power they can go at any length. The Country had enough of politics. Now let us have some good administration. Unless some drastic action is taken to curb powers, influence of political parties and its office bearers, Country will not recover. Let the bunch of good administrators administer the country.
