VITAMIN A.
Maintains health of specialized tissues like the Retina skin teeth.  Found in dairy products, cereals and green vegetables.
VITAMIN B-1.
Thiamine. helps to convert food into energy. Aids function of the heart, brain, nervous system. Found in cereals bread milk.
VITAMINB-2.
