WAYS TO KEEP SLIM.





 

 

Obesity is a curse.

“With slimness, you will look fairer than you are.”

 

Statistics show that a normal human being’s intake of

sugar in one month is 4 lbs. The body gets sugar through drinks,

food and fruits. In one year he consumes 50 lbs. In 50 years  his

kidneys  has received  and processed 2500 lbs of sugar. You can

calculate the strain you have put on your kidneys.  In addition to sugar,

kidneys  receives and process other chemicals like salt spices and what not.

 

Many more people die out of over weight than cancer.  As a proof,

try checking with the life insurance companies. You will find high rate

of premiums if you are over-weight.

 

There is an increase of 8% in the average death rate of the people 10 lbs

over-weight, and 28% in those with an excess of 30 lbs. 

Excess weight hampers the mind as well as the body.

 

Therefore shed the weight and stay slim is the key to a long life.

Extra fat in the body imposes strain on the heart, arteries. By carrying

around excessive weight, you force your heart to exert more.

 

The remedy is to avoid gluttony.  Avoid sugar.

If you take in more food than you use, you put on weight.

Improve your eating habit. Avoid rich food. Take more liquid food

and green vegetables.

 

Do more exercise, sports, walking, jogging or running regularly.

 

The above information relates to persons with normal health. It is an

attempt to make you aware of excess weight.

 

For Gents.  Normal height  5’-8” should weigh 11 stones.6 lbs.

For ladies   Normal height  5’-3”  should weigh  9 stones 9 lbs.

 

( 1 stone = 14 lbs)
