Diet for Health.

BE HEALTHY.
HAVE BREAKFAST LIKE A KING.
HAVE LUNCH LIKE A COMMONER.
HAVE DINNER LIKE A PAUPER.
THAT'S WAY TO BE HEALTHY WEALTHY & WISE.

No more coffee, no more tea, for me,
Milk with banana is good for me,
No much sugar no much salt, for me,
Honey with cheese is good for me.
No more potatoes and fries for me,
Veg salad with curd milk is good for me.
No more medicine or sleep pills for me,
A cup of luke warm milk is good for me.
No more health-club exercise for me,
A hectic day in court is good for me.
