Under the provisions of the Indian Oaths Act 1969,
Oath of office is administered to the President ,PM,Ministers,
Judges, Governors and CMs MPs MLAs etc and all office bearers.
Every Public servant attends swearing-in ceremony.
He has to take oath that he will discharge duties of his office
faithfully and diligently, to the best of his ability.

The Act does not prescribe penalty for breach of Oath.
Where no penalty for breach of Oath etc is provided,
Provisions of penalty etc under General Clauses Act apply.

For breach of Oath of Office, it must be considered as
Treason as crime of highest count.

For example M Koda CM be charged for breach of Oath of office.
All erring Leaders be charged for breach of Oath of Office.

This will improve the image of the country.
