AN ELIXIR TO KEEP YOUNG AND STAY ACTIVE. II.

Nature’s wonderful gift to the man is his machine. In a girl, we have got heaven on earth. The trick is in the magic box she has in her. You have to activate this magic box. It is hell when your machine can not march in the gate of heaven. It is the highest summit of life. If you could not scale it, she eats you out alive. She can make a skeleton out of you if she willed. There is no mercy. There is no excuse. You have to win your war. It is an art. All sort of medicines have been invented to invigorate the machine. Nature has placed man’s greatest pleasure in the body of a woman. Her private parts blind him. Similarly nature has placed a woman’s greatest pleasure in a man’s body. His private part blind her. Both are complimentary of each other. Man’s body is a gem to a woman. She likes to play with it, keep her head on his shoulder and sleep. Both are incomplete, until the private part of a woman is penetrated by a man’s instrument. Likewise, the man’s organ knows no rest and feel quiet until it entered that of a female. Opposite poles attract. There takes place between the two a race to overpower the other. Someone has remarked: “Women are the fields. Go upon you field as you like. But before that do some good deed. for the sake of your soul. Fear the God. Be mindful of the day when you shall be in his presence.” God has gifted her with eyes that inspire love. Their eye-lashes are provided to bewitch you. Mind you. If you are not strong and rich, You will get nothing from a woman. Laila was a poetess. In the ancient times there was no Viagra. There were experts to prepare stimulant medicines. Vital parts of the body of lion tiger leopard etc were dried crushed and reduced in powder form. It was administered under expert’s supervision by mixing it with honey. Certain vegetable plants also have aphrodisiac properties. Certain green vegetable, pulses possess such a quality.

AN ELIXIR TO KEEP YOUNG AND STAY ACTIVE.

There is no potent medicine in the world than company of a young female. There is no aphrodisiac like a young fresh maiden. She has a store of fresh juice in her. A female association extends your life by ten years. The older you are, your frame craves for company. Her electric current flows into you. Her youth channels into your frame. It prompts you with energy, enthusiasm of a youth. You are meant to perform rigorously all so sweet and so satisfying job of cohabiting with the maiden. Beware! It is a double-edged sword. It may repair you. It may ruin you. She can torture you till you die. Do not take it to your heart. It is a game. Both teams are rivals. One has to win. If you are not careful it is your funeral. KEEP IT READY AND WORKING.

MAN AND WOMAN-ROLE OF SEX IN MARRIED LIFE.

Sex to a woman is less important. It does not mean that women are not as interested in sex as men. The basic reason a male marries, is because he wishes to possess the woman sexually. On the other hand a female does not marry her man because she wishes to be possessed sexually by him. In her idea about physical love, she is a passive partner. A woman marries for security, social status, recognition, children, companionship. She desires normal sexual relation as every husband and wife would dream of. In some cases the woman does not achieve sexual relation with her man. She does not resort to extreme measure like divorce, another lover, bottle and so on. If physical love is not realised, she kills her sex-instinct. She suffers but survives the emotional effect. She sublimates her needs in other area like children, home, social life and so on. On the other hand, if a man does not find sexual attachment, he feels his life wasted. He drinks, gambles and even has extra-marital affair also. Men have created a fictional world about women. “They are fragile and shall wither in due course of time. But, verse, it is verse it gives immortal youth to mortal maids.” The story-tellers, novels, magazines, TV serials, have exaggerated her role in sex-matters. She is depicted as a sex-hunter, sex-maniac and she is projected as bodies hungry of sex-love. It is said, nothing is enough for her. These are exaggerations. She wavers, she hesitates. Love and love scandals are the best tea sweeteners. Nothing is so delicate as the reputation of a woman. The men-writers love to project their woman character who responds erotically and without inhibition. The lady characters have performed their role in such books, films, magazine, TV serial as directed by the Director. In reality, the normal woman is quite the opposite. She has been wrongly projected by the male-community. Women can take sex or leave it. They do not anticipate or day-dream. It is the men who anticipate and day-dream. The women are not stimulated to see nude or semi-nude men. They are not over-come by virile handsome men. They know that men have placed high premium for them. So they just go along. That’s all. They are not in it. They do not disapprove of it also.

RULING PARTY AND OPPOSITION GANG. CROWS ARE BLACK EVERYWHERE.

The Good want power, those who have power want to be good, The wise want love and those who love want wisdom, And all best things are thus confused with all. Nothing in the world is single; all things in one have met and mingled. There is no sport in hate when all the rage is on one side. To a shower of gold, all things are penetrable. Every man has a price. Every party has a price. Nothing is impossible. They hang out big banners outside their offices their party Logo. The ruling party is known for the palm-sign. The opposition is known as lotus sign. They all hang out gigantic posters and signs of their party. The Ruling Party and the Opposition fight for nothing and everything on the floor of the parliament. The opposition boycott or walk out in protest against a particular issue. But the same opposition members are at their best and distinguished at the evening party. They are seen in good spirit and good temper at the party. When the parliament is in session, every evening cultural programme and dinner is hoisted by the ruling party. All MPs including the opposition are there like friends, and hug and peck each other as if they met after years. One defence minister did not know who is big, a captain or a major. But he was an authority on all defence matters. The Opposition seek favours and they are granted by the defence-minister. This is how our administration runs. It is just a sport for them. Necessity makes an honest man a knave. They were honest when they began, but hard times took the toll. They hate whom they fear. They love whom they not fear. They praise everybody. He who praises everybody; praises nobody. They are no different than us. Only difference is they got elected. Gifts break the rocks. They are endowed by all sorts of gifts from the Country’s industries. The law can not touch them. The law is in their pocket.

ANTI-RELIGION PROPAGANDA BY WESTERN WRITERS.

SOME VULGAR MYTH ABOUT OUR DEITY, RELIGION. IT IS TIME NOW TO WAKE-UP.  TIME IS RIFE TO LODGE PROTEST AGAINST MIS-STATED HISTORY BY........SOME, On account of different period of foreign rule, for the last 1000 years, facts and dates and spots in Indian history were misreported, distortedly described.  Our history has been twisted and the way of life is distortedly presented before the world. Our religion is misrepresented as staunch, fanatic, one-sided, like a closed box.  For example, Aryans were a different tribe.  They crossed over to the river Indus and settled there.  There were Un-Aryans in place at the Mohen-jo-daro site who worshipped the organ of Lord Shiva etc. The unAryans advocated free sex and can have sex with any animal. Khajuraho scriptures show this act of sex.   HG Wells, Macaulay, AB Keith, Smith Rapson  Mortimer Wheeler, John Marshall,  Stuart Pigua have misrepresented history of India to the world-people. JF Huet was the Development Commissioner in MP.  His publication ' “The Ruling Races of Pre-Historic Times”'  According to him  Dravidians were the aboriginals living in the Indus Valley Civilization period.  With the advent of Aryans coming from the North, they got pushed further southwards.  In Oxford History, India is mentioned as an English colony which they ruled. They improved the life of poor backward Indian.  The Indians were uncivilized, animal-like pigmies and lived like aboriginals. It is time now to raise protest against such untruth deliberately spread to high-light their significance. They have proclaimed that India was a slave-kingdom under their rule.   The reality is that they have dragged home all riches and wealth of this country.  They have spread lies for the past 300 years.   We had a full-fledged civilization of our own.  Due to the frequent attacks from the North, the Dravidians retreated to the South.   The Aryans held the Mohan-jo-dero, Harappa and Lothal  area.    There was an unique admixture of two community harmoniously living side by side.  Agriculture was known to them.  They used plough, and used ox to plough the fields.   Max Mueller circulated a theory that Aryans were European.  They invaded India in or around 1500 BC. Max Mueller was the creator of this theory.  He has repudiated his own work.  We were educated in Macaulay based thinking in schools and colleges. It was implanted in everybody's minds that whatever was Indian was inferior.  Indian literature was not worthy of one book rack in England. There were similarities in features of Indians and Central European people.  Therefore inference was drawn that the former invaded India and settled there.  None challenged.  It became truth with passage of time.  Our ancient history is not a fairy-tale.  It is a fact.  The present day youth has now resources at his command to gather, dig search find out unearth and analyse our past in detail and present it to the world in new form. The Media has a sacred duty to present Indian ancient civilisation in its proper perspective before the world. The country has big rivers  Ganga, Jamuna, Brahmputra, Sindhu, Saraswati Narmada, Tapi, Godavari, Krishna, Cauweri. At the river-banks these people used to raise crops from the fertile soil.  They have spread the myth that agriculture was first introduced in Egypt Sumer Babylonia and thereafter passed on to India.  They have swapped the things.  Reality shows that agriculture originated in India and then gradually it spread to the middle east countries.  Lok Manya Tilak,  Avinashchandra Dass, Parjitter, Bhagvat Dutt, Chatur Sen, Shastri Ratnakar, Randheya Raghav, Kunvarlal Vyas, PH Bhargava, Raja Ram Sampurnanand, David Frowl, Goitre etc. are renouned authority about Indian civilisation and  ancient history. The invaders misread all scriptures and achievement that existed in India.  They disregarded existing ancient civilization. They over-looked the  prosperity of its people. They have spread rumours and maligned our religion by spreading vulgar tales about our God and other deity. 1. OHM sign depicts sexual intercourse. 2. The Lord Shiva whom we worship, we worship tip of his penis and not Him. 3. The tip of the penis is seen thrusting, penetrating the vagina of the female. The very OHM sign is a fulfilment of conjugal exercise. 4. Lord Shiva is incarnation of hard and strong penis. The parapet around the tip of his penis emerging from vagina is the female organ. The truth is when Bhrigu rishi knocked the door of Kailas, Shivji was in high meditation. So he cursed Lord Shiva and that his linga shall be worshipped and not him. 5. We worship Ganpati. He is son of Lord Shiva by sexual intercourse by Him with she-elephant Airavati , the career elephant of Lord Indra. The off-spring is elephant headed Ganpati who is accepted as the son and worshipped, with due reverence. It was a custom and nothing wrong in it. 6. Similarly Hanuman is the product of man’s intercourse with a she monkey. 7. We were involved in intercourse with big fish in the sea. The fish were big like the dolphins. The dolphins gave birth who were mermaid or mermen. Such fish had chasis almost like a woman’s. It was common custom. 8. Our men had intercourse with she dog, she goat, she cow, she buffalo and all sort of animals. The temples of Khajuraho are a living testimony. All this act of intercourse activity is seen depicted in our ancient art. The inscriptions bear testimony to all this. All this propaganda has to be repudiated as nonsense and product of perverted mind.

NARCOTIC DRUGS

DRUGS. Cocaine is an alkaloid, a substance containing alkaline properties, nitrogenous compound, met with in Coca plants in combination with organic acids resembling an alkali in its properties. It is used as a local anaesthetic. It is also consumed as a drug. Its small dose creates a stimulating effect in the mind. It exalts intellectual power. A strong does can produce effect of a cocaine delirium, a state of high excitement with mind confusion. Vials of cocaine powder for snorting, sniffing take one on a journey to the moon. In Columbia the coca leaves are chewed by mouth and its liquid juice in the mouth, down the stomach creates fantasy unknown to the taker. In refined class of society, it is taken in powder form in vials, or it is injected in the vein as a solution, a shot. or it is smoked admixed with tobacco granules in a cigarette. Any of the above, when taken, and well-taken, takes one on a roller-skater ride of dreams come true. It takes one to the stiff heights of pleasure and well-being. One forgets his worries. He feels he is on the Top of the world. Its effect lasts for a few hours. “He rose like a rocket, fell like a stick” After its effect has worn out, there comes the big Bang Bang. He feels used and abused and thrown in the gutter. Drugs growing countries. The Golden triangle. Burma, Siam, Laos-Cambodia. The Golden Crescent. Afghanistan, Iran and Pakistan. The chemical used in the processing method is Acidic Anne hydride. It is manufactured in India. It gets transported to different countries clandestinely. In India its price is INR 100 a kg, which outside of India has a price tag of INR 1000. It is used in processing the brown opium into white powder that is Heroin. In Columbia, 28 judges, 300 police officers, 86 other officers, 5000 civilians- careers have been reported killed by drug syndicate.. Mexico. Population 120 million, extreme unemployment and poverty. Area 800000 sq.miles. Destnation is mexico. From Mexico it travels onward to the USA. Canada and Europe. Underground tunnel is reported traced from Mexico city to USA San-Diago For transport of drug consignments and movement of VIPs involved in drug-trafficking. Hashish Marijuana is prepared from hemp plant. Coca, south American shrubs are also cultivated in Java-Sumatra. The leaf yield cocaine when chewed. The workers involved in this job chew coca leaves in the mouth. They can withstand any climate, hunger, fatigue. They work like robots double than their prescribed hours of work. Drug Lords keep them dis-associated of everything. Any number of drug consignments may be seized. They do not come in the open. This dis-connection saves them. The authorities can not get a handle on the drug-trade. The people know at the most details about: City Gangs, street gangs, locality gangs, area gangs, district gangs, railway gangs. Sub-gangs and paddlers with a tiny quantity for instant supply. There are retailers, and there are whole-sale dealers. The casualty count in each mega city in the drugs war stand in hundreds, thousands, of firing, knifing, machete attacks, The war is always between rival groups. The foot soldiers are street gangs who manage to supply small quantity to an eager client at very high premium. Knee-clapping, slashing stabbing are on account of gangs trying to horn in on another’s trade.

PERFUMES.

PERFUMES. It is a multi-billion dollars business. Once upon a time France had its monopoly. Now it is shared by other European Countries and the United States. In this field stakes are high. Behind every great perfume there lies a big nose. You imagine a perfume and its fragrance should come to your mind. Perfumes is Nature’s gift of something rare that enlivens our senses and our mind. We have reduced it to pure business form. Success of perfume begins with the bottle. It must be eye- catching. It has to be rare-unseen here to before. The box likewise. Packing must be attractive like the contents. Its sale runs on publicity. It is a craft not an art. Marketing comes first, quality comes thereafter. It is a twenty billion dollars business an year. Americans alone consume perfumes worth eight billions. American Companies has invested billions of dollars in this business. In the Year l973 US company put into market its brand Charlie-an American life Style perfume, which has netted billions in US dollars and is still in demand. Perfumes are a mixture of oils diluted with eighty to ninety percent of alcohol. Perfumes are an accessory like jewelry. Some are conservative, some lively. The fragrance should not shout. It has to be elegant, crisp and sophisticated. Perfume is a promise in a bottle. “We sell hope.” It is an industry of myths. It does not hold up in scrutiny of daylight. It is lot like show business. It is reported Cleopatra of Egypt invited Mark Antony on her barge, which had its sails soaked in perfumes. Nero, the Emperor of Rome used to bath in rose water. Natural fragrance comes from musk of deer, plants and flowers. It takes 800 kgs. of rose flowers to make one kilo of rose oil concentrate. Jasmine smell is a popular one. In our country female workers work in jasmine flower gardens right very early in the morning to pluck them before sunrise. Sun rays diminish the fragrant oils contained in jasmine flowers. Roughly ten lakh jasmine flowers yield a kilo of jasmine oil concentrate. This costly reality of natural perfumes has led to making of synthetic perfumes. In ancient times many who could afford made their houses of sandal wood. In the country we have availability of Toluene and Benzene at our oil refineries. We have natural resources of flowers like rose jasmine daisy etc. We have many Glass bottles manufacturing units. We have many paper and paper board box and Cartons manufacturing units making eye catching boxes to wrap the perfume bottles. Our perfumes must be well quality wise. It must smell well. It must last and not evaporate. The smell must stay. Mankind is divided into different smell groups. Persons of similar taste of smell flock together. Nose is the smell organ that does it. Smell and memory are inter-woven. Sense of the smell is recorded in the backseat of the mind. It helps to identify a particular smell and link it to the memory of a particular person. Nose can identify a person on the basis of smell of his perfume. No other organ of the body possesses so quick an access to the mind. Ancient world saw perfumes in shape of incense sticks and smoke of scented wood. Natural perfumes were made from musk of deer, from flowers herbs and mints basil etc. Males used to perfume their beard. Perfumes were made from spices saffron clove cardamom cinnamon peppermint dry fruits like almonds etc. depending upon its availability. Perfumes are a part of your self. It must not be gaudy. It must mix with your body not revealing as well as not concealing. It has to be natural as if it belonged to you. It should not shout. It should be calm quiet and awe inspiring. They are a promise in a bottle. Saffron and musk smell is captivating. Musk is obtained from the Navel of deer in the Mountain side. Musk deer carry a pouch of musk in its navel. It is obtained by killing them. Now trend is for synthetic musk. Saffron grows in the slopes of the Mountains and parts of the Country. Saffron is purplish crocus that blooms over night. After snipping few buds of saffron, fingers turn yellow which if not washed soon would remain stained for a few days. Saffron is high in chronic natural dye whose color when diluted is Mellow yellow insaffronal, which exudes an ambrosial aroma of Sweet tobacco laced with an elixir. It is a practice to collect saffron from a flower before the petals open up. It protects stigmas inside. Pulling filaments from each bud are called process of deflowering. About 2400 Buds of saffron yield about two-ounce of green saffron. It is allowed to dry. It turns pure saffron about an ounce fetching hundred dollars by our Standard. Let us examine the manufacture in terms of business profit and loss. For example a quantity of one thousand liters of Benzene Toluene May cost thirty thousand. Twenty thousand we allot to perfumes Concentrates. Fifty thousand for bottle boxes taxes transportation And publicity. In all it would cost a hundred thousand. Now let us see what we gain. One thousand litres of Benzene or Toluene would make ten thousand l00 ml bottles to be sold each at a price of hundred rupees. It would fetch a sum of ten lakh against our investment of one lakh. That is a profit

THE DAY OF JUDGMENT.

“DAY OF JUDGMENT.” “Reason will solve problems of Human condition. Nothing is required and nothing will avail except a little, a very little clear Thinking.” = J.M.Keynes. The steps taken by the Finance Minister in the budget are of far reaching repercussions. They will have a salutary effect on the economy. Following points are brought to His kind notice for consideration. 1.The Economy is skidding. All feel that Feeling. There are Scams in every field. You have to be prepared to tackle them. They have covered everything. Take a Firm Hand. Money laundering, black marketing fake money black money, racketeers drugs traffickers have encircled the country in their grip. There is widespread evasion of duty. Rates of duty are high. Some relief in lowering the rates of duty will go a long way. 2. The Tax Tribunal formation is overdue. There should be one Tribunal. The present one be given a face-lift. It will be an Independent entity like other Tribunals.. The Tax Tribunal is formed under provisions of the Constitution. It will have a desired effect on the working of the Department. It will be a bold step on your part to give it a go-green signal. 3. The trade is far more advanced, speedy and resourceful than our staff. There should be Surveillance Cells to pinpoint cases of under invoicing over invoicing etc. There is evasion of Excise Customs and Service Tax. It works out to forty percent. It relates to all Excisable commodity, Customs Service Tax, Import Export, EOUs, Airports, Seaports, Bonded Warehouses Cargo Complex, Containers Depots etc. The Surveillance Cells will help the staff to work better. 4. Fix responsibility. This is a powerful phrase. Presently majority of underhand activities are taking place because of laxity of control. We all know that Administration got awake with a jolt during the days of Emergency. Emergency was good or bad is not the issue here. During emergency Post Telegraphs Telephones Ports Airlines everything was shaken up. They had all arisen to the need of the day. Same condition is needed for today. They have to rise to the occasion. With existing tools available at hand Administration can be set right within the framework of the Constitution. There should be a will. Some syndicates & some groups like loose administration. They do not prefer tight administration. Drastic measures are necessary to set right the administration. 5.Syndicates exist in every sphere of administration trade and in every field of public utility. They are required to be identified and nabbed. Middlemen have captured the trade. Middlemen exist everywhere. They are the root cause of all hoarding black marketing and all that goes with it. They can paralyze the administration at their sweet will. They are able to disrupt the fixed channels of trade. They have their own lobby. 6.       The Country Capital is the epicenter of all connections. There are specialists who are experts in Liaison job. They have pipeline in all fields. They have links access to any Office Department Section or even Ministry. Nothing is impossible for them. 7. The Company affairs need to be set right by fixing norms of Accountability of the CEO and Board of Directors in clear cut well defined terms. All sort of malpractice is undertaken with the aid of Experts on the subject. Transparency is the dictum of the day. CEOs Directors and Managing Directors (and not the petty staff doing clerical work) have to be held responsible for smuggling of goods both on the Excise and Customs side. 8. The Law Ministry has brought about an amendment in the Civil Procedure Code. Every case has to be decided within the time frame, within one year. The same provision be made applicable to the Tribunal and the Adjudicating Authority. The Tribunal has all the trappings of a Civil Court. As far as possible the Tribunal may adhere to the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code. It is a healthy Practice. 9. The department of Excise and Customs needs a facelift. It is outdated in the present form. We are in the 2lst century. The approach the outlook the technique the image are all outdated. The department has to come out of its Police image. With advanced methods of collection of intelligence surveillance proper homework observation posts study of documents inter exchange of information with international and domestic agencies our airports seaports and land ports can function effectively. They may be manned with selected personnel. This will bring in a sophisticated approach to tackle the day to day issues without any pressure on the staff. 10.Computerization is done but it is like a beginning. Super computers must be installed at Ministry level incorporating minute details of anything about everything about everybody. A network spread all over the country will go along way to reduce the present staff by a half. All business has to be transected through the computers. Misery breeds hatred. Widening gap between rich and poor is key motivating element for this hue and cry. There is no shortage of anything in the country. There is unequal distribution of power resources wealth etc. The fewer ones drive sophisticated vehicles and pollute the city whereas the larger unlucky ones starve to death. 20% of the affluent population controls 80% of country’s resources. The inequality and imbalance is reflected in a war between HAVS and HAVNOTS. The time bomb is tick ticking. We have to take notice of it. Rich got richer, poor poorer. Failure to use resources non-availability of funds unfulfilled targets lapse of loan amounts as unspent and paying interest on it in terms of rupee vs. dollar are responsible factors for today’s miseries. Government spending has grown at faster rate than increase in output. The increase in wages followed by increase in prices again followed by increase in wages is a vicious cycle that has spiraled up inequality all around. The Currency Coin is no longer worth its value. The Silver Coin we know of was a coin worth one tola of silver. Running the administration is a cruel job. You have to axe it. The Head of the Electricity Board sacked all Chief Engineers, many Supdt.Engineers, a few dozen ExEn and innumerable Dy.Engineers and Overseers to set right administration of the Board. The Plant & 66KV line were commissioned at the same time completing transmission line upto the last point creating a world record. On the same day the Main plant was inaugurated lights were On at all points upto the final point. It is openly talked in inner circles that a sum of three billion of one Custom Collector is moving in bullion market for bringing gold in the Country.

THE ACCOUNTABILITY IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION.

< THE ACCOUNTABILITY.” 1. “Fate of 400 million people of the Country can not be left in hands of incompetent Rulers.” 2. “Population of the Country will cross a billion mark by end of this century.” 3. “Fifty percent of the population of the Country will die out of hunger and drought without food and water in the next twenty years.” =Sir Winston Churchill. Cabs are yellow and Crows are black everywhere. Our Country has remained a safe haven for Smugglers, drug-traffickers and tax-dodgers swindlers money launders and so on. If caught, all you have to do is to flutter few hundred-rupee bills and you are off the hook. In name of incentive for export etc, Export Oriented Units have crossed the limit in committing mal-practice. As per trade reports, as openly talked in inner circles, a merchant exporter took away home net fifteen crores with connivance of the Officers by taking an EOU unit. To us a sum of fifteen crores seems large, in the eyes of Government a sum of 1500 crores loss of revenue from EOUs is peanuts. Other raw material is quality yarns on lines of Japan yarn. There are agencies supplying the same in required quantity. All get enough of quality yarns without any duty paid on it. More and more processing units to process textile fabrics are coming up. Folding house, non-power units-in short all of them have made their arrangements with the local staff and pay one tenth of the duty and have not to worry. On a gate pass ten trips are considered a normal way of doing business. Odd and very high rates of duty have forced the trade to make their own arrangements to survive. Ready Printed Bill Books with fictitious name address phone number etc. of merchants is available in bookshops. Every-thing is streamlined standardized and accepted as normal way of life. Government loses millions and billions by way of duty evasion. Only forty percent of the duty is realized. In all other excise items same practice is adopted. Political climate of the country is responsible to allow the trade to cut corners to such a great extent. In no other country of the world such a helpless and hopeless situation exists. Since Independence we have received Billions of Aid, Grant Subsidy and Loans and help from International Agencies. The income from Excise duty and Customs has come more than the fixed targets for the last 50 years. As Per Value rates of duty were introduced to earn more revenue. For 50 years, the Government has widened the excise duty and customs net by enhancing duty rates. Revenue income has skyrocketed. Duty on newer items was introduced in every budget. The result is nothing is left now. It is time for the Government to take such measures that people would take interest in the activities of the state rather than being idle spectators to the methods of the state. Taxes were reviewed every year. Taxes have to be reviewed once in Five years for sake of stability and uniformity. Our Country would have been number one rich country in the world. We joined the wrong block. We did not adopt policy of free market and competition. We burnt bridges with group of progressive nations. Rich in natural resources, blessed with strong family ties, and hard working people, we were destined to be a recognized nation in the world arena. These hopes have been tarnished by political corruption, civil unrest and faulty Government policies. Our Country is a sleeping Giant. Many countries of the world want to let sleeping giant sleep. But now this is not so. The sleeping giant has been aroused. Le Voix de la Populi. It is the Court of Last Resort. Voice of the People is FINAL. The Government will have to answer. We were in sound slumber for the last fifty years. The Government will have to publish a list of all aid help grant subsidy loans received and an account thereof as to how much of it was spent where and how much of it had lapsed unused. We have been repaying loans and interest on loans by which others had benefited. By now we would have been one of the wealthiest countries in the world. By now we would have been moving in our private Helicopters. The Choppers would have taken place of cars automobiles. Most of us would own his own chopper. Car automobiles enabled us to move anywhere at our sweet will. Choppers will now replace cars etc. Airplanes have replaced the railways. Air-journey has challenged existence of railways. Choppers need to be modernized in point of view of low price safety and quality. STOP PRESS. Herein below is a very sensational piece of information. As always the TIME is the first to report to its Readers that an unprecedented type of Bank Crisis is in the offing. Our Country is passing through a very serious Bank-Crisis worse than any Country in the world has ever witnessed or experienced. Every nook and corner of the village town and the city was gifted with a co-operative bank in the country. Banks were nationalized with a stroke of Pen in l969. The Bank sour loans scam has threatened the economic and financial Stability of the country. Loans were distributed as if they were a donation or a gift, or a charity. It has turned sour. They are not recovered. Nationalized Banks, Other important banks and Co-operative Banks run into Scams of millions and billions. Banks have been struggling with bad loan problem. Nobody speaks. Nobody wants to say the figure. All know. All murmur but keep quiet. If the economy faltered it could get worse. It is reliably learnt that more than half the loans have not been recovered. They are classified as non-performing and lost. Big banks are struggling with bad loans; small co-operative banks throughout the length and breath of the country are struggling to hide their faces avoiding contact. Co-operative banks disbursed huge loans to non-existent parties with fictitious guarantors. This is an understatement. They have funneled huge sums of money into state enterprises because of political pressure and or personal ties to the borrowers. The Bank Managers wanted to protect their jobs and their face in the local community and went on carrying out the wishes of Board of Directors. The Directors do not want to take the blame. They toss the blame on the Managers. Government has to promulgate an Ordinance on lines of MISA and send all of them first of all in jail behind the Bars. The Government will have to recapitalise the system. It may help for a while. It can not stop the hemorrhaging from bad non- collectable loans and by the end of theYear average capital adequacy ratio may fall around five percent, that is below the Eight percent of the global standard. Accountability is a powerful weapon. Use it. The bureaucrats shudder with name of accountability. The period of slogans is over. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PUBLIC SERVICE- EMPLOY THE MERIT AND RIGHTFULLY SELECTED EMPLOYEES ONLY.

EMPLOY THE RIGHT EMPLOYEES.

STRUCTURAL APPOINTMENTS IN GOVERNMENT SERVICE.
IN THE NAME OF SPORTS QUOTA FAKE CERTIFICATES WERE ACCEPTED AND
UNDESERVING CANDIDATES HAVE BEEN APPOINTED.
The country suffers from dearth of structural appointments in the services sector.
Structural Unemployment is on a rise.   The unemployment has resulted when personnel were recruited by UPSC, state PSC SSB and other recruiting agencies, norms of qualification and experience for that particular field were not observed.
Candidates for higher posts were selected by recommendation and not on merits.  Candidates who did not possess skill necessary, mandatory for a particular field were
selected on the basis of recommendation from higher-ups, on selected posts.

Failure to impose selective control which meant to affect our industries and economic sectors without covering entire economy were not observed and enforced.

In Banking, transportation medical life insurance, government services,  the fulcrum of power is captured in the hands of the staff.   The management has lost the grip.  Jail-birds are seen holding power and ruling over straight forward and honest service class personne

THE PAST GLORY OF INDIA.

THE GLORY THAT WAS INDIA.

William Hawkins captain of the ship-type Hector landed at Surat in August 1600.
He marched into the interior of the land of India.

They all heard the myth and marvel that had already inspired the imagination of the Elizabethan age navigators.  They were  prepared to find rubies as big as pigeon eggs, endless stands of pepper, ginger, indigo, cinnamon, and the trees whose leaves and branches were so enormous; the shade they cast would cover an entire family; magic potions and potent derived from the testicles of elephants to give man an eternal youth.

While ruling India, The British from the year 1601 onwards, got shiploads of essential commodity items like spices, gum, sugar raw silk, cotton, opium etc on the docks of their river Thames.

The said ships sailed back to Surat, with loads full of British manufacture.  They expanded their area to Madras, Calcutta under the guise of their pet slogan
“Trade, no Territory.”,  in the initial years of their arrival. Gradually they got involved into the affairs of the country.”

In the year 1757 after the Plassey war, gates opened for their march towards North India from Calcutta Eastern side, for the benefit of the merchants of London.

After 1857, the Queen declared herself as the Sole Ruler, and her authority to be exercised in the name of the Crown, by her representatives to govern the vast country of India.

The Crown created a band of 2000 young Officers of the ICS cadre, and 10000 British officers of the Army.  These young men were the breed of impeccable family but less wealthy.  They were good offspring of the churchmen of the villages,  the talented second grade sons of England,  deprived of a decent heritage life in England which was already over-crowded with the sons of VIPs, teachers, professors, and aristocrats who had already captured prestigious posts within the country.

India was therefore a vast system of relief for the second grade aristocrats of English families to engage them in an out door life to prove their worthiness and mettle.  They met with challenge, adventure, in which the 25 year old youth of England found fulfillment of his dream, which the soil of England with its restricted resources was denied to them.

These youth arrived in the docks of Bombay barely at an age of 18 or 19 to rule, to govern the vast country.; to give vent to their whims and imagination, to set in an example of good governance.

CAN INDIAN REFORMS BE MADE TO MOVE FASTER?

CAN INDIA CHANGE TO A FAST TRACK FROM ITS SNAIL’S PACE?

It was God who formed all lands. They were Indian God. India is thus the homeland of God and let us call it the Land of Gods.

We have sold our country for fringe benefits.  We do not know the price of freedom and liberty.  We were always told that the Indian army was impregnable.
Some incidents came to light that a few army personnel sold or supplied  information and the necessary weapons arms and ammunition –in short from weapon needs to ration and all other needs to survive at one of the world’s high altitude to the terror groups.

The report further adds a notorious terrorist saying that why they should get their requirements from outside when all things were available at hand easily at less price.

We can not believe an uncorroborated testimony of a terrorist casting aspersions on the army. Let us hope it is not true.

Indian population is disillusioned  with Indian politics.
The common man expects the politician to change the face of the country.
They think he has a magic stick.
Is this possible within the framework of the Constitution?
Is it not time for someone to tell the people the truth?

We must accept we are a poor nation.
And we must learn to live accordingly.

The country is an old household, where the olds rule.
The young and the youth stand aside and watch.
They smoke, chew masala and crowd the roads roaming out of frustration, not knowing what to do.
They carry hate in their hearts.
It is an escape from reality.
There is crisis of identity.
It is time they made their way.
India is India.  None will understand them.
Indians cannot forget their caste, custom tradition religion.  They can forget their children.
They live in false modesty.
We should never pardon the criminals.  The courts should not be lenient towards
national criminals.  If you let go one criminal, or pardon one of them, you encourage commission of such type of things in thousands in which the poor public suffers the most.
Do not bother about faulty investigation and all that.  If prima-facie it appears that there was a link, let him go behind the bars. It will be deterrent type of punishment which will discourage others to enter into such anti-national, activity.

The politicians are seen as a lot of money-launderers, manipulators, with mafia-connection, manipulators and possess muscle power.  The country has turned out to be no man’s land.  Any body and every body can take the law into hand and get away with it.

There are no political parties based on sound principles of governing the country. The present day lot steer the ship in the direction the wind blows. They are helpless spectators
in controlling the affairs of the country.  Every Government is interested in passing their tenure of five years.  No long time solution of problems is seen.  Everything is patch-up business. Here you patch-up,  there it inflates and bursts out.
There is dearth of patriots, statesmen politicos.  They have not the interest of the nation at heart.  India as usual is involved in in-fighting, pulling legs and blaming the opposition and all sorts of blame games to absolve themselves from responsibility.  Ultimately it is the nation that suffers.  The group politics has harmed the country to a limitless extent.  One group is all set to destroy the other group and all sorts of dirty games are played  to
achieve power.

China’s threat is not taken seriously.  The problem of infiltration is not solved permanently.  The crime of fake currency is not pursued with its seriousness of the crime.   Today the fake currency has taken the toll of the economy of the country.  No one bothers.  Things are going on as usual.

FINANCIAL REFORMS.

ATTENTION: HONOURABLE  FINANCE MINISTER.
FINANCIAL REFORMS.
NEW DEAL CHANGES.
It is an attempt to restore social security.
Form a group of experts, - a brain trust be formed.
This brain-trust to take measures expanding the area of public works and large scale construction of houses, air-ports, other infrastructure like construction of bridges and
Creating more employment opportunities.

Large scale assistance to needy farmers in the form of subsidy. Activity which would stimulate growth and reduce unemployment.  Double, triple spending on public works.

Make local infrastructure improvements to enhance business. Provide employment.  Open new doors.
Form Big Business houses.

Conserve Natural resources.
Bring order into chaos of black market of edible oil and other food stuff.  Nab Corruption. Reduce political interference.
Finance all long overdue improvement. Long range reforms in agriculture, water irrigation facility to be intensified.

Bring reforms in Banking, Stock-markets and share-trading..
Close all weak co-operative banks.
Open them with strict Government supervision.
Devalue the INR. Achieve mild controlled inflation and raise
 commodity prices.

Drinking water is the main problem.  The rivers have to be linked.  Monsoon water has to be stored in big Syntax plastic tanks.  Loans be given to buy such tanks.  Every house must have compulsory drinking water from the tank.
Create big pits to store water.  Where there are natural pits make them into ponds and lakes by constructing walls to stop the water flowing away.

Every local authority should be held responsible for clean
Roads, streets toilets and cleanliness in public restaurants.
Cultivate more should be the policy.  Rain water should be used to enhance agriculture. Introduce insurance for crops in the field. Long range reforms in the area of agriculture are overdue. Enhance cold storage plants.
Regular storage depots for other commodity crops. Rehabilitate tenant farmers and marginal farmers.
In the field of labour, spread the work.  Shorten working hours raise wages, Set up labour relations board.  Fix 40 hours of work for workers.
Give security to the unemployed old and the sick.
Give subsidy to sell their old cars for buying a new vehicle. Cash for clunkers.

INDIAN SPICES.

The West have carried steamer  loads of spices from India in the last five centuries.
They were aware of salt and pepper.  They knew nothing about other tasty spices.

INDIAN SPICES CLOVES CINNAMON etc.

The cloves taste hot in the mouth but its property is cool.
Its quality within the system is to ease. It cures tooth decay, tooth pain. Scientific study has shown that use of cloves eases lungs infection and cough. It is considered as an anti-bacterial agent. Cloves is an anti-viral substance. It checks indigestion and stops vomiting effectively.

Cinnamon  is used in medicine.  Many add its powder in preparation of tea.  It is more palatable as it helps to improve indigestion,.  Medically, it is known to cure diarrhoea and digestive breakdown or collapse.  Cinnamon is very generously used in aroma therapy.

In China cinnamon is generally used to promote sweating.  It aids to protect from cold. It keeps the body warm.  Cinnamon oil is considered an anti-bacterial medicine.

Nutmeg is generally used in dental creams and paste. Medicinally, nutmeg is used in cases of an inflamed bladder and kidney.
Coconut is the divine fruit.  Its uses are many. Nothing goes waste of a coconut tree.

There are many Indian herbs that are life saving and they are cheap.
Indian medical science was at its zenith but with the coming of
allopathic drugs, Indian herbs are forgotten.

Similarly take green vegetables and our fruits.
Banana is a boon to the poor and the needy.
Tomatoes, cucumber carrots potatoes cabbage spinach are life-sustaining fruits and vegetables.

THE CELL-PHONES AND CAR DRIVING.

CELL-PHONES AND CAR-DRIVING.
Should hand-held phones be banned while driving takes effect?

The people have experienced miracles in the area of communication.
The world  is now like a small cyber-village.  With the coming of car-phones and cell-phones, and I-phones,  people’s life has become easy and comfortable.

We see around us the good use of these sophisticated items for our well-being and convenience.

2.The abuse of cell-phones, i-phones has also come to the fore-front.  The communication facility has made our world a better place to live.  Every motorist, lorry-driver, other vehicles drivers are seen with such phones in conversation while the vehicle is in motion.
This has caused to divert his attention from his eye on the road, as his mind is engaged in a conversation and he can not easily see the things happening in front of him because of his engagement in conversation while the vehicle is in motion..

This has jeopardized lives of fellow vehicles and their drivers and other passengers travelling  on the road  It is agreed that the authorities have banned such
use of phones while driving takes effect.  The drivers have to have a sense of awakening and responsibility towards passengers and other passing vehicles along with him on the road.  The conversing driver  is bound to get distracted and such phone conversation will have an impact of distraction in his driving.

CAN INDIA REPLACE THE 28 STATES BY FORMING 6 ZONES?

DO THE STATES MATTER?   DO WE NEED THE STATES?
WHAT DOES THE CONSTITUTION SAY?
CAN WE ABOLISH THE STATES and CREATE FIVE TO SIX ZONES?

It was in the year 1956 that formation of the states within the territory of India was undertaken.  The recommendations of the State Reorganization Commission were accepted and states were formed on the basis of linguistic zones.

Our experience on the basis of the past 54 years indicates that the states have been
involved in in-party fighting.  The interest of the common man is not seen at the heart of the state leaders.  It appears that there are no political leaders to guide the state and take it to a national high level.  The political parties have dearth of statesmen-patriots.  There is a push and pull for posts in the state.  Peoples’ money is wasted on every count.

Posts are distributed as per the sweet will of the Chief Minister, to stabilize his position.  Do not create problems for the state- that is the advice tendered by the high command.  Get together and distribute the spoils of wealth among themselves, is the order of the day.

A time has come to think whether we need the States?
Do the states matter?  Do they help the country?
Do they not come in the way of the Centre in implementing the policy?
Does the money allocated by the Centre reach the hands of the poor for whom it was meant?.  The answer is No.  It does not reach the hands of the needy for whom the money is meant.
Are not the states going out of line and thwarting the authority of the Centre?
Are not the States in the way of National policy?

Persistent animosity within the state is a routine.  Inter-state difference, disputes are common. Disputes within the state with local body, corporation and institutions is nothing new.  It is a day to day matter..  Law enforcement is at its lowest ebb.  The judiciary has turned into a sort of helpless spectator for want of through investigation, and preparation of the case with loopholes and  lack of collection of relevant evidence. Investigations are slip-shod so that justice can not be done.  Everything is done on profit and loss basis and on principles of party politics.

All this suggests that there should be a better alternative.

Consider the cost of administration, the country would save if the states were abolished.
There should be two level of administration.  The Centre and the local bodies in the five zones.  The country should be divided into five zones for national integration.

Government under the Constitution can create states.
On the same analogy it can abolish them.  But…Who will bell the Cat?

HOW WE WRITE ? (Sunday Breakfast)

HOW WE WRITE.

A right-handed fellow named Wright;
In write ‘write,” always did write “rite”.
Was Wright right to write rite for right.?

Do we always write, right?
What we write is right on sight?
Will Reader on sight, write
You did write right?

Should he shut summer shutter slowly?
Should he shut summer shutter swiftly?
Go, my son, and shut the shutter,
This I heard the mother mutter,
“Shutter is sure shut” the boy did mutter,
“I can’t shut any more shutter.”

“I remember the window where you stood”
“Straight down the lane I passed for good,”
“Once I dashed into a larry,”
“All I had to say was enough of sorry, sarry.”

“You shall have joy or you shall have power,”
“You shall not have both.” So said He ever.

Love happens generally close to home.

“I am not a jealous woman.”
But I don’t know what he sees in her.

INDIA-THE MOTHERLAND IS WEEPING.

Motherland IS WEEPING.

I am an Indian.  I am Indian bred.
I have seen much to hate here,
I have seen much to forgive here.
But in the world, where there is no INDIA, I do not wish to live.

All our laws are needed to be redrafted.
They have loopholes.  There are many ‘nothing shall apply’ and “provided that” in the law which are escape windows to go scot free.  The Judiciary thereby has been a helpless spectator to such faulty legislation and is helpless. The laws framed are like cob-webs where small flies get caught and big flies do break through unharmed and successful.

There are many parties.  Some believe in liberal economy.  Some advocate state ownership. The country’s economic policy, depend upon the outcome of the tug of war between these groups. Poverty has taken the toll of the nation.

From 1947 to this date 11 five year plans have cost us trillions of INR to the nation. What is the outcome?  We are still without basic infrastructure.  We have not been self-sufficient in resolving drinking water problem.  There is shortage of drinking water through out the country.  There is housing shortage, roads are inadequate and schools and medications and health schemes are beyond the reach of the common man. The widening gap between the rich and the poor is a key motivating element for terror strikes.  The western world is rich.  The African Asian nations are comparatively poor.
The Africans and the Asians look upon the western world as arrogant self-satisfying greedy and self centred.

The time bomb is ticking. We have to take notice of it. What is for a society where rich get richer and poor, poorer?  Failure to use resources, availability of funds but lying unspent, not fulfilling the targets, spending the funds in different heads, paying interest on world bank loans in terms of INR vs. US $.  The cost of production has gone high in every field.

Government spending has grown at a faster rate than the increase in the output.  The wages are increased followed by the increase in prices of commodities price index. Again the wages are increased to cope up the increasing prices.  This is a vicious cycle.  It has spiralled up inequality all around.

India is a sleeping giant.  Many countries in the world want the sleeping giant sleep. But now this is not so.  The sleeping giant has awoke and risen to its full height to take stock of the things.  The voice of the people is the last court of resort. The politicos shall have to answer the people.  The people are tired of false promises and false hopes..  The people feel that they were blind-folded by their smooth speech and were not aware of nefarious activity at their back.

The country was in sound slumber for the last 50 years.  We have to begin now.  It is a wake up call.  Our leaders are seen moving around the world with a begging bowl for help and subsidy.

The Government shall have to publish a list of help donation subsidy loan received in the country from foreign sources.  Details of expenditure incurred on the five year plans is the need of the day.

For chaos in the country, the political parties are responsible.  They have to be accounted for what they have done.  They have made a mess of the country.  Their trial and error method has cost the country a good deal.  Their deeds have put the country in the world list of corrupt nations.  For the last 62 years, 11 five year plans have been operative but there is no infrastructure, drinking water housing and barest minimum facility to its nation.  Roads, schools and medication facility needs much changes and improvement.

The MPs, the MLAs and Councillors have interfered in the day to day matters of administration.   The administration runs at the wish of these people.  They have corrupted the entire system. Nothing is left,.  They have covered everything.  The country is like a termite hit tree hollow from within and shall crash to earth with a slight storm.

The rich and the powerful can do anything and everything as they wished.  The law right from the investigation stage to the verdict stage has to  be flawless. It gets tainted by time it reaches the hands of the judge.  This can be done by strict supervision and scrutiny, process of monitoring.
The process is exploited, facts are mis-recorded,  misinterpreted twisted and turned by the mighty and the rich with reference to politics related people. They exploit the system to serve their selfish ends.  In many cases it is seen that the law does not touch the wealthy and the mighty. Their lawyers twist turn misread the provisions of law to serve their ends.  They escape from the clutches of law.
The law enforcement and law administration are two brothers who have to work in harmony and synthesis and are complimentary to each other instead of finding faults with each other.   Some lawyers mis-interpret the law in their favour.  They sell the law.
The Courts  turns into helpless spectator of being witness to such frauds of justice.  Faulty investigations, intimacy with the criminals, facilities to the criminals in jails are a routine matter.  In the Bombay jail, the criminal is attending a moojrah night at a reputed place.  In his place in the jail there is a dummy, duplicate fellow.  If there was a checking, everything would look in order as per the head-count.  They spend money like water. They get what they want.  This has to be stopped.
The above are a few isolated cases cited about the abuse of the process of the law.  The present arrangement is the only available workable and on the whole satisfactory system in existence.  With the coming of computers, it is hoped the method would still improve and not only justice will be done but  it will appear that justice is done.

THE LEGEND. DHIRUBHAI AMBANI AND EMPIRE OF RELIANCE.

THE EMPEROR OF THE RELIANCE EMPIRE.
LEGEND OF INDIA.  DHIRUBHAI AMBANI.

LEGENDARY DHIRUBHAI AMBANI.

Merchant of India- Dhirubhai.

Dhirubhai had all  Easy Answers as he was a very practical man.

Dhirubhai studied and mastered the method of working in the country.

It is good when going is good.  It is better when going is bad.

Dhirubhai accepted this fact in his business life and going was better.

In the year 1960, he started a processing house in Naroda industry zone.

He had installed power looms under his management to weave art silk fabrics.

He supplied best Japan Yarn for weaving art silk fabrics to these power looms.

Such woven art silk cloth was processed at Naroda processing house named

Reliance Processors.

For the First time in 1960 in the history of Textile Mills that a processing house

put into market a quality, eye-catching cloth Vimal brand on par with Japan Fabrics.

High quality cloth was put into market by a little known Vimal Brand.

The 65 Textile Mills had a time to hide their face and the blame game began for their poor

quality of fabrics manufactured by their famous Composite Mills.  Customers

started making inquiries and Vimal brand  fabrics made a place in the hearts of public.

Dhirubhai was an owner of a processing house at the relevant time.  He made an

application to Mill Owner’s Association for a membership of the association.

His application for membership of Mill Owners Association was turned down by the Association

on the plea that the association was open to membership to

Mill Owners and not a Processing House.  He was a processor and not a Mill Owner.

Thereafter Dhirubhai bought a closed mill at Patan and eventually became a member.

After being a member of Mill Owners Association, he made history.

For a moment he did not stop to look back. T.A. Pai put huge funds at his disposal.

He installed a yarn processing unit at Patal Ganga at Ratnagiri and the rest is history.

He was harassed by Nasli Wadia of Bombay Dyeing but nothing succeeds like success.
