WE ALL HAVE FELT BACK-PAIN.

Backache.

Backache happens in dozens of ways.

You bend over to pick up a toy, suddenly

you are doubled over in pain. You take a long drive,

or sit through a tense business meeting, you can have backache.

The question is how to stop the pain.  Aspirin is the cure, plus

just do not do anything, just lie down and take rest.  There are

some basics for backs which proved useful.

12. If you are going to be standing in one place, ironing for example,

prop one foot on a chair or stool, switch legs after a while.

2. If you keep your knees higher than your hips, it will reduce

the pressure on your spine, prop up your feet on a desk tool or the like.

3. While bending, bend from the knees not from the waist and hug the

object close to your body.

4. While driving take rest stops.  Slip a pillow behind your back.
5. While sleeping, sleep on the side with knees bent or if you sleep

on your back, put  pillow under the knees.

It is important as to how you think about your back pain.  You may feel helpless

fearful of doing the simplest things or armed with the knowledge, you can

face the problem. Of all the pains, back pain is found the worst pain.

activity to keep them away from boredom.

It helps them to shed their excess energy

Install a swing set, slides set and a log cabin

in the backyard, and keep Bicycles, scooters and wheeled

items for their easy mobility. Use the drive-way for

playing badminton, volley ball and other such games.

 

In winter a finished basement is heaven for them.

It is their second best place of entertainment.

Install a projector and provide Wii sports and Lego Games.

POPULATION EXPLOSION- THE FINAL CHALLENGE.

 

The Final Challenge.

Population Explosion. Even Malthus has gone wrong.

 

World reports indicate that India’s population

shall over take China’s population by 2030.

It will reach 1.6 billion mark.

The reasons for population increase is due to:-

 

1. population increase by birth.
2. population increase by infiltration.
3. population increase by higher span of longevity.

 

 

China has made birth control mandatory.

India is no man’s land. All schemes about family-planning

are on paper. The Center, the states and the local bodies

waste tax-payer’s money in family planning schemes that

are outdated or defunct.  The staff earn salary with no achievement.

Education on family planning has not reached the people.

 

Population explosion is by infiltration.

Loose administration has cost the country of its very existence.

There are agencies engaged in infiltration from neighboring

Countries like Sri Lanka Bangladesh, Pakistan Afghanistan.

The infiltration takes place by land and sea.

 

Population explosion is due to increased span of life.

The life span of the people has increased from 50 to 60 years.

 

Saturation point has reached. In the interest of the country,

the Government at the center, states and local bodies, opposition

parties have to stop enlarging their vote banks.

 

Emergency was bad. But it is time now with existing tools

to tighten up the administration, curb party indiscipline and

set right the affairs of the country, iron handedly.

HOLLYWOOD-THE FILM WORLD.

Hollywood

 

In the wanted works of art,

the master stroke is Nature’s part.

 

In the year 1905, a film company photographer

visited a village Hollywood,  five miles far from Los Angeles.

He wanted to film a short film “The Daring Hold-up”

The result of the pictures came out quite clearly and that

big film companies were interested to film their pictures at Hollywood.

It was found that the air was so clear and the sun was so shining that

they decided to make their films at that place.

 

They set up their studios in Hollywood.  They found that there were

other advantages there bedsides the clean air.  The scenery was good.

A few miles away was the giant Pacific ocean broken into waves on the

sandy beaches.  There were orange groves near at hand and not far off

the desert country where they could take pictures of desert scenes.

 

It was also possible to take shots of Arctic snow.  Such snowy scenes

could be taken from the Snowy Mountains, to the east of Hollywood.

Europe was the battle-ground for the first world war.

Europe was the central point of the second world war.

Now a stage has set that the third world war will be in Asia.

China has emerged as a major world player on the political arena.

 

CIA was ordered to divide India into fragments in 1971 by Nixon.

By creating Bangladesh, India has been a vital challenge to American interests.

Mrs.Gandhi touched and stirred hornet’s nest by inflaming super cop the USA. in 1971.

They used Pakistan as a stooge to destabilize India on all counts.

Indian diplomacy has not been effective since l990.

There has been no able government in power since 1989 to 2013.

For the last twenty years India had to compromise on all fronts.

The administration went to dogs. The army interests were shelved.

 

The kings lost their kingdoms but they have not forgotten their loss.

Their activities are to help elements engaged in destabilizing the country.

The country is in the grip of corrupts and rogues sitting in power.

They have cheated the taxpayers by scams and frauds to an unlimited extent.

Every politician has prospered at the expense of the country.

 

They have created class war, family war and divided the country into

minority and majority and secularity, ways to meet with their ends.

 

They have separated children from their parents.Husband and wife, see each other

from stand point of his and her rights in matrimony.

 

The civil service posts have been sold in exchange of favors and

other considerations to consolidate their position.                                                                           Wrong personnel are sitting on the right posts and right people are without posts.

 

Religion has been exploited to its maximum.

They formed an elite group of religious heads, business men top officials.

Servants have turned into masters and masters have turned into servants.

Imposters are moving in religious fields and cheat the public in all types.

Money can buy everything.                                                                                                        

Money makes the mare go.                                                                                                               

With money they have controlled every wing of the society.

 

Population explosion has been out of control.

Every food item is adulterated.                                                                                                 

There is nothing you can rely upon.

The administration has no grip.                                                                                                    

The country is a lawless jungle with unlawful elements having a heyday.                                     

They have crippled the judiciary,

They want the judiciary to dance at their sweet will.

 

The Indian Army was considered impregnable.                                                                          

Now it is not so.

Five top army officials are involved in land grabbing scam.

The flat-footed political leaders do not know the price of discipline.

They want the army to dance to their sweet will.                                                                       

They want commission in every deal.

The country has turned out a termite-ridden log.

OPIUM- THE BLACK GOLD.

                      Opium the black gold.

                        As per the pages of history, East India Company and

                        the Portuguese Rulers moved ship loads of opium for centuries,

                        from undivided India, which then comprised of Afghanistan, Pakistan Nepal also.

                       

                        These Rulers had an army of negotiators, procurers, transporters and landing agents through out the country.

                      

                        The Portuguese Rulers had a Viceroy at Goa.  His job was to supervise the network and see that it ran smoothly.

                                   

Calcutta was the point of dispatch of the East India Company.   

Goa port of the Portuguese, on the west part of India, buzzed with opium transport round the year.

The Opium consignments left for China via Singapore Hong Kong and Macau.

Opium is the sun-dried lump of the sticky liquid juice that drips from the leaves of a poppy plant.

                        

                        These poppy plant fields were spread over miles unto miles, on the outskirts of Mountain Heights of Afghanistan Pakistan Nepal Kashmir.

    

                        It needs mastery in secreting sticky liquid from the fallen petal.  It was collected in earthen bowls. It was allowed to sun-dry. The moisture would dry out and it would turn out the black gold, the opium lump.

                       

                        Poppy plants were grown in the fields spread miles unto miles, extended to both side of the river. The old castles at the top of the hills were a shelter for all, working in the fields in this region. There were hundreds of workers plucking the petal and incising them, as taught and trained.

                        

                        This is the story prior to the reforms when the princely states were lords and masters in their respective states.

                        Princes inherited these fields from their ancestors. They used to grow poppy plants in the valleys behind the mountains extended to lush forests. From the sticky juice from poppy- petal came the substance with immense power to stimulate pleasure, cause numbness of the brain.  Use of opium was moving among the princely states like plague.

                                   

                        The scene reflects life in undivided India in the early part of the eighteenth century. The people were moderately advanced in the stages of life. The kingly states lost their kingdom in pursuit of horse races, bullfights, keeping harems and consuming  opium. Since birth, the prince child was administered liquid opium.

                        By the time he turned an adult, he turned out a confirmed opium-eater, an addict. Taking opium was symbolic, a matter of pride. It was a status symbol to serve liquid opium in the courtroom to their office bearer and guests. It led them to their way to financial physical and mental ruin. 

                        This craze was crazy enough for the innocent victim’s friends and families of opium consumers, crime victims and those who unknowingly became involved in it.  For ages nations have been consuming these items in different forms. It begins with a mild stimulant.  Thereafter the journey of its intake progresses to more serious stages. Ultimately it gets transformed into a killer-drug.

                        Opium is refined in centrifugals and it is present day Heroine powder.

INDIA IS AN AGRICULTURAL COUNTRY.

PLOUGH OR NO PLOUGH, ALL TAXES FALL UPON THE FARMER.

Without tools he is nothing.
With proper tools he can multiply the yield.

Self sufficiency in Food Grains is vital.

India is a land of agriculture.

India possessed largest agricultural land than any country in the world.

Agriculture is the backbone of our economy.  India gained its

independence in the year 1947.  Agriculture was in primitive stage.

The land was in the hands of  jagirdars and zamindars.

Land reforms were put into practice to make land available to all.

Agriculture was being done with help of bulls and limited means.

There was complete rationing of food grains.

After independence following historical changes took place.

Agriculture universities were established to give education to farmers.

Agronomy was given priority and agricultural aliveness was restored.

Modern equipments, tractors, agricultural machinery helped to increase food output.

Fertilizers plants were installed to raise land fertility. Water

Irrigation system and electric power increased the food grains output.

India adopted the norms of green revolution in the area of agriculture.

Concentration of seasonal crop and regular crop increased more output.

All waste land and surplus land was converted into agricultural land.

It was since 1970 that India became self sufficient in agriculture.

Today India is in a position to export high quality food grains.

Still the country lacks in modern means of farming and use of pesticides.

The country is lacking in infrastructure to store food grains.

Infrastructure to remove grains from field to storage place is wanting.

It is reported that every year, millions of tons of food grains is wasted

due to rot, putrefaction, menace of rats, birds.  Transportation system has to be improved.

Distribution channel is weak and needs complete overhaul.

There is a lot of waste in handling of food grains from and to destination.

Increased population has taken the tall of the country.

An awareness has to be created in the minds of people about importance of

agriculture and establishment of marketing yards in the country.

ROLE OF BUREAUCRACY IN GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION.

THE ASSOCIATION OF ALL INDIA I.A.S ASSOCIATION HAVE APPROACHED THE PRIME MINISTER THAT THEY HAVE NO ROLE TO PLAY IN GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION.

JUDGING THE INVESTIGATIONS

The rich and the powerful can do anything.  The law right from the investigation stage to the verdict stage has to  be flawless. It gets tainted by time it reaches the hands of the judge.  This can be done by strict supervision, scrutiny, and process of monitoring.

The process is exploited, facts are mis-recorded,  misinterpreted, twisted, and turned by the mighty and the rich with reference to politics related people. They exploit the system to serve their selfish ends.  In many cases it is seen that the law does not touch the wealthy and the mighty.   They escape from the clutches of law. Pat is moving free. Salman is moving free. Sanjoobaba is moving free. ManuSharma can get perole. Law can not touch Asaram. Law cannot touch Thakeray. Nadim Dawood .   Mukesh and Anil can hold in ransom countries natural resources.

The law enforcement and law administration are two wings. They have to work in harmony. They are complimentary to each other instead of finding faults with each other. 

The Courts have turned into helpless spectators of being witness to such frauds of justice.  This has turned out to be a day to day affair.  Faulty investigations, intimacy with the criminals, facilities to the criminals in jails are a routine matter.  In the Bombay jail, the criminal is attending a moojrah night at a known place.  In his place in the jail there is a dummy, duplicate fellow.  If there was a checking, everything would look in order as per the head-count.  They spend money like water. They get what they want.  This has to be stopped.

The present system needs to be improved and streamlined. The above are a few isolated cases cited about the abuse of the process of the law.  The present arrangement is the only available workable and on the whole satisfactory system in existence.  With the coming of computers, it is hoped the method would still improve and not only justice will be done but  it will appear that justice is done.
