ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION. SEX-MAL-FUNCTION.

SOME HIDE. SOME SPEAK.SOME ENDURE. BUT IT IS THERE.

After passing some years of married life, man considers himself mal-adjusted.

Thereafter, he carries on life like one, who carries weight on his back for the

sake of a job to carry load.  There is an under-current of dissatisfaction,

jealousy, frustration, showing on his face.      He feels hankering,

a sense of waste of life etc.  With many it remains a guarded secret.

It goes with him in the grave.  None speak.

Take for example the life of a Prince.

He is married to the most beautiful princess.

In the life of the Prince also this type of frustration is foremost.

This is true with respect to all famous people.

This is true with respect to famous ladies. They feel much.

Take for example the life of a princess.

She is married to the most worthy eligible bachelor of the society.

In the life of the princess, too, this type of frustration is foremost.

This is true in respect of both the genders.
The woman feels the same after some years of married life.
There is a sense of dissatisfaction, frustration   showing in her attitude.
She feels that she were outmatched. That she deserved better.
Every one feels him/her fooled or think it would have been better to stay single.
They hide. None speak. They endure. But it is there.  That is life.  So do not grumble.

INDIAN SADHUS.

Sanyaasi.

Dashnami Sadhus belong to one of the 10 titles (dashnami, "ten names") established by  Shankaracharya in the 8th century.  They are recognized and have their say in the country even today.

The 10 orders are Aranya, Ashrama, Bharati, Giri, Parvata, Puri, Sarasvati, Sagara, Tirtha, and Vana. Each order is attached to one of four mathas, also established by Shankara, in the north, south, east, and west. They are Jyoti (Joshi) Matha at Badrinath, near Haridwar,  Shrngeri Matha Sringeri, Karnataka, Govardhana Matha Puri, Orissa, and Sharada Matha Dwarka, Gujarat.

The heads of the monasteries are called mahants, the head of the Shrngeri Matha is called jagadguru, and they continue to be consulted on points of doctrine and to be accorded the highest respect by followers as well as by the ascetics who follow them.

Dashnami sannyasins typically wear coloured robes and, if they can obtain one, carry on their shoulders a tiger or leopard skin to sit on.

They wear a mala of 108 rudraksa. They allow their beards to grow and wear their hair loose about their shoulders or else tied in a topknot.

They are religious ascetics, who have renounced the world, having achieved the fourth ashrama, or stage, of life.

Among the sannyasis, the highest stage of achievement is that reached by the paramahamsa.  This honor is usually given only after a probation of at least 12 years as an ascetic and only to those sannyasis who have achieved full self-knowledge. They are considered free of all worldly rules and duties, such as those pertaining to caste, and are no longer required to carry out image worship or sacrifices but may, if they wish, worship internally only. The most renowned paramahamsa was Ramakrishna Paramhamsa.

Sannyasis, like other sadhus, are not cremated, but are generally buried in a seated posture of meditation.

In Search of True Love.

His Meaningful Life.

His Daring life-journey is reflected in the fact that that he filed nomination for Lok Sabha Seat in every Election to oppose the Might of Indira Gandhi.

She had engaged all her Might Money and Minds to dissuade Him.

But Raj Narain ji was undeterred in his faith in democracy to defeat her.

It was His Dream Come True that he finally succeeded and defeated Smt. Indira Gandhi, the PM of India, in the election in 1977 from Rai Bareili.

Hard he looked face to face, but calm and strong,

Like rock of stone who never suffered any wrong.

Raj Narain was a close associate of Ram Manohar Lohia.

Raj Narain was an active member of the Socialist Party of India.

Raj Narain holds a record number of going to jail.

Raj Narain was jailed 80 times.

Raj Narain spent 17 years in Jail out of his life of 69 years.

In 1977, during the Janta Government, Raj Narain was the Union Health Minister.

As the Union Health Minister he advocated short course,  medical education like

mobile compounders to ride on bikes with a medical kit box, equipment,

medicine for medical help to Indian rural villages for normal routine illness.

According to him, villages needed more compounders than doctors for first aid.

In serious matters, the compounder should refer the patients to hospital.

As Union Health Minister, he issued instructions that  Doctors, and all other

members associated with Medical profession shall not Smoke or Chew Pan etc.

He was a great Organiser and a freedom fighter.  The British announced a prize

of  INR. 5000, in 1942 to get him dead or alive.

MEDICAL TOURISM.

This is an era of influx of medical tourism in our country.

There was a time when you could run a hospital with a doctor and one nurse.

The high-end hospitals are run more like luxury hotels and offer quality treatment.

"There are four factors changing the face of medicine - corporatisation, availability of high end technology, rise of medical insurance and rigorous government initiatives in the rural India,"

India is facing a shortage of 6 lakh doctors, 10 lakh nurses and 2 lakh dental surgeons. For every 10,000 Indians there is one doctor.

Despite all the above the treatment in India is cheaper and efficient.

While world class treatment is becoming almost a norm in high-end hospitals, the cost of treatment is still way less than the developed countries. It costs a tenth and sometimes a sixteenth of what it does in the West. Thanks to this the medical tourism is the fastest growing segment of the tourism industry. It will attract 1.1 million patients by 2012. This means that healthcare management would become a sought after area as one needs competent professionals to deal with the marketing, operational and administrative side of the high-end hospitals.

The areas which are seeing maximum growth and ground-breaking research are reproductive medicine, plastic surgery, endocrinology, oncology and cardiology. Apart from this, newer specialisation are also in the pipeline. Emergency service has long been a recognised specialisation in the developed countries. Recently, the Medical Council of India (MCI) gave it thumbs up and colleges across India have been notified to offer it as a post graduate discipline. Geriatric medicine or the care of the elderly is another area to watch out for in the future.

"While it is already in existence in countries such as USA and UK, in India it would require more attention as life expectancy is on a rise and so are the ailments associated with the elderly," opines Dr Sripathi Rao, dean, Kasturba Medical College.

While the cities seem to be getting the best of the healthcare, the government has taken initiative to address rural areas as well. In 2005, the National Rural Health Mission was launched to provide accessible, affordable and accountable quality health services to the poor in the remotest of regions. In order to attract more doctors to the peripheral areas, incentives in terms of salaries and reservation in post graduate seats are on offer.

But there is a major roadblock which most aspirants have to deal with - the lack of postgraduate seats. "According to the official estimates one in two graduates gets to do a postgraduate in medicine. But I fear that even these are optimistic figures," says Dr Roa.

This only exacerbates the crippling shortage of specialised human resource in the industry. India is facing a shortage of 6 lakh doctors, 10 lakh nurses and 2 lakh dental surgeons. For every 10,000 Indians there is one doctor.

In contrast, USA has 548. All this only means that this field is far from saturation and the growth possibilities are tremendous. Hopefully, with policy makers looking at making dramatic changes in education and healthcare, the going will only get better for the future doctors.

A look at the job prospects

Medicine

In a government set up, MBBS resident doctors can begin at Rs 3 lakh per annum and those in private centres can expect Rs 1.2 lakh to 6 lakh per annum. After a post graduation prospects improve tremendously. Plastic surgery, cardiology, reproductive medicine and endocrinology are some of the sought after fields. Nurses start with Rs 48,000 to 96,000 per annum.

Hospital administration

With rapid corporatisation, professionals dealing with hospital management are becoming mandatory. Institutions such as AIIMS usually require those with MBBS for the course in administration, while others admit science graduates as well. Those who enter this field with experience in medicine can easily earn Rs 6 lakh to 12 lakh per annum.

Clinical engineers

They have to ensure the smooth running of all clinical equipments. Three top institutes of the country-Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology, Thiruvananthapuram, IIT Madras and Christian Medical College, Vellore - have come together to offer an M.Tech. The starting salary is Rs 7 lakh to 12 lakh per annum.

Fact sheet

- India is facing a shortage of 6 lakh doctors, 10 lakh nurses and 2 lakh dental surgeons.

- Indians with foreign MBBS must clear MCI's test in order to practice.

- Medical tourism is the fastest growing segment of the tourism industry.

SHIT A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY.

Shit a Day keeps the Doctor Away.

For some people it is normal to visit the toilet

once or twice a week.  For most of them, it is once in the morning.

The advice tendered on this issue is that the habit need not

be disturbed.  What your body is accustomed to, to have it in

its normal and natural course is good.  Do not force it by purgatories.

Forget your bowels and allow them to function normally and naturally.

Some people suffer from constipation.

Constipation can be regularised by a diet of bran and oatmeal.

Plenty of stewed and fresh fruits will help.  Plenty of liquid is good.

Failing the above time table of intake of food and liquids, one of the

best things is to take a proprietary product prepared from local popular pods.

Do not regularly be addicts of castor oil, paraffin Epsom salts and all that

household stuff to dilute the secretion for easy flow.  It will weaken the intestines.

Cologne cleansing is very popular these days.  Weight reducing agencies opt

for cologne cleansing.

This discussion is for the sake of general knowledge.  In extreme cases consult a doctor.

THE FLU SCAM.

The Flu Scam.

Flu Scare was a Hoax.

The Giant Pharmaceutical Companies spread it.

World Health Organisation is involved.

World Government’s Health Care fund grabbed by these Giants.

The Giant Pharmaceutical Companies of the World

have so grown Big that they have taken the form of Monsters.

They can influence the USA Europe and Indian – in short all world

Governments.

If we examine, how these Pharmaceutical companies turned so,

we have not to go far to find it. The politics of the country is responsible for it.

They have turned so big that they have influenced the World Health Organization.

The WHO accepted the lapse that they made a great hue and cry about Swine Flu.

World Countries were scared in the name of Swine Flu so that the multi-national

Pharmaceutical companies of the world could make billions of bucks by selling flu-shots.

The WHO projected this Flu as Giant Killer of about 150 million victims of flu and all the Governments in the world were compelled to order purchase of flu shots, disrupting

their health care budgets. In reality deaths due to this Flu as reported is around 20,000 only.

The world countries have now realised that these giants were interested to sell out their

product by terrorising the world countries regarding the projected outbreak of flu epidemic.  They have their lobbyists influencing the WHO with huge sums in the name of R&D.

COCONUT- A GIFT OF GOD.

Cocoanut-God’s Gift. A boon to us.

Green Cocoanut.

Cut-opened with a knife, in front of you, put a straw in the carved hole

to sip the cocoanut milk.  The inner cream can be scraped with a spoon.

Dry Cocoanut.

When the coconut matures, its sweet water is nectar for human health.

The brown fibre, husk is pulled out and used in coir industry.  Grated or used

for its milk, turned into candies, rice delicacies, and decorating Indian food dishes.

When cocoanut green layer turns brown, and dry, the cocoanut surface cover

turns hard like a rock.  The sweet water inside is life giving water not found

in any other fruit.  The matured fruit inside has to be pulled out from the hard shell.

It is allowed to dry and is the cocoanut fruit which bears coconut oil.

The husk has many important uses for ropes.  The hard shell is turned into cups,

used in many ways.  The trunk of the cocoanut tree is used as lumber.

The leaves are used to make broom, used for roofing or making bags.

The cocoanut tree is called the Tree of Life.

Cocoanut Oil is edible and it has many other important uses.

Cocoanut Oil Bath.

A scene on the brinks of (Kozhikode) Calicut, on the sea-shore.

“There are sheds wherein one shed is increasingly getting popular.

It performs the Kaya-Kalpa ceremony.  You are soaked in Oil in a drum for hours.

A wooden drum is filled with coconut oil.

You are dumped in the drum and soaked and suffocated in oil from head to toe.

Two men drag you out.  You lie on a mat in sunshine in open in the sands.  When the body has absorbed the oil, again the same cycle is repeated. You are put on the mat to dry.  In the process you swallow a lot of oil.

They clean the nose, ears and the stomach. A thin layer of cloth is passed through the nostrils.  When the stomach is washed, you will find sickening sticky cough and beetle nut pieces and such other things recovered from the stomach, weighing about a kilo.

This is a process from morning to evening. It is like servicing the human body.

The bowels released vicious stored gas and secretion.

After the process is over, you are advised to take rest and very light food for a week.”

In the olden days before 50 years, the charge was INR 5000. Now it may be ten times.

My father had it done. I had been with him in childhood. He lived ten years longer.

This write out is for general knowledge and for normal healthy people.

A Woman seeks a Tiger in her Man.

Forewarned is Fore-armed.

A woman wishes a Tiger in her life.

They will not admit. That is the beauty of it.

They will deny and deny.  No is no negative in a girl’s mouth.

That is the beauty of it. They can offend and will make up at their pleasure.

She wavers, she hesitates; in a word, she is a woman.

They win the battle of love mostly at college level in their play-fields.

Seeing is believing. Gold and woman attract everyone.

Girls pull the boys to them as a nail is pulled by a magnet.

What we anticipate seldom occurs, what we least expect happens.

The Boy is hooked, booked and cooked.

Though She draws Him;  She follows Him.

THE HOROSCOPE.

Horoscope

Take for example the oceans.  The moon rules the ocean tides.   There are up and downs

as per the lunar vibrations. In the same manner our lives are governed by the movement of the planets.

The Stars and Planets impel.  They do not compel.

What does compel is the force of your will.

Astrology helps to get in control of it.

Astrology is necessary, not because it reveals what is happening,

But rather astrology illuminates what is already in store for you.

Planetary forces are like waves of an ocean.  They can bring about,

movements, tension, and dynamic turn of events in your life.

It is up to you where you let them take you.  It is not a story of your

fate or the pre-determined future.

Astrology is a key to a creative, disciplined and more meaningful life.

The Moon, the planet Venus affect greatly the female.  Therefore while selecting a girl it is necessary to ascertain her nakshatra lunar position at birth in addition to her solar horoscope. There is close link between orbit of moon and Venus with female nature.

The planets influence our life as per the position of planets ascertained with details of birth like latitude,  place, date and time of birth GMT etc.

Every being is a Cosmic Being and there is in Him a receiving station to receive Cosmic waves and signals from the planets.  Planetary waves and signals are like ocean waves. They bring about movement tension dynamic situation in life. Each of the planet sends certain waves and signal when it occupies the house. There are twelve house and they determine the affairs of our life the planet will influence as per its position in the horoscope at the time of birth.

“As above, so Below-what is above there, is transmitted below in our brain.  Therefore it is safe to say that human mind reflects the Universe on a miniature scale. One has to liberate himself from fear pain obsession pleasure perverted into pain for attaining salvation. The liberated soul impose no limitation. He thrives on inner balance, which he has achieved through rules, restraint aasana, praanayama, prathyahar, dhaaraana penance meditation and Samadhi.  In doing so he becomes master of his own Universe.  All our sages and brahmrishis achieved salvation in this way.  They are God living human life.

With the available latitude of your place of birth and time of birth,

the astrologer engages himself in mathematical calculations.  He refers to the

astronomical charts and he prepares your horoscope.

The astrologer calculates the relationships of the planets and its effect,

An astrologer can predict special facts about your life.

Each of these planets represent a specific energy field.

All the planets are confined in a tabular chart to study their energy field.

Every person has his destiny shaped and fixed long before the body came into being.

Each individual has the energies reflected as per the placements of the planets.

The astrological chart is the sum total of potentialities of your life.

See the oceans.  The moon rules the ocean tides.   There are up and downs

as per the lunar vibrations. In the same manner our lives are governed by the movement of the planets.

Shani, its cycle consists of 28 years. Mark the position of Saturn in your horoscope and from there at 28, 56, it imposes on your life greater responsibility, hard work as Saturn is a hard taskmaster.

Every being is a Cosmic Being and there is in you a receiving station to receive Cosmic waves and signals from the planets.  Planetary waves and signals are like ocean waves. OBSERVE SILENCE ONCE A WEEK. FOR A DAY.

Importance of Observing Silence.

“Mahatma Gandhi during his lifetime, observed Monday

as the day of his observing silence.  He spoke nothing at all

for one day and observed silence.  He believed that keeping

himself silent was a way to bring order to the Mind.”

If circumstances required the Mahatma to convey something, he would

write it on a paper.

No talking for 24 hours is an impossible job

unless one has an iron will and steel determination to observe silence.

No talking is extra hard for regular people who are talkative.

People are seen to talk about almost anything and everything,

Including baseball, basketball, cricket, music, movies, politics

and anything under the sky.

In reality, if one has to shut up for five minutes, it is very difficult, if

not impossible. You will feel the top of your head about to explode.

People keep talking for the sake of talking so that their presence may be felt.

He feels by talking he is in charge of the situation.  It is sort of like behaving

like a police officer out in the middle of the traffic.

After passing a full day of silence, your mind will enable you to

speak the right words.  Your small words uttered in a routine way will

sound to others as orders. Every word you speak counts.

Choose power words.

Singing is not talking.

We can sing together.

We can not talk together.

Silence is golden.

Silence is eloquent.

Too much of talking drives the other people crazy.

Do we call ourselves civilized?

We would project as a miserable aimless directionless mob.

When we are together in a procession, we do not shout, wave,

yell and hoot at friends who are passer-by.

At a meeting we do not whisper and giggle and point out and wave

and laugh at our silly jokes.

And when we are together at the lunch table, it is not free-for-all

festival  to blab.  Lunch is a time to sit and be quiet and eat.

THE DOUBLE STANDARD IN LIFE.

Why This Double Standard?

Whole our life we have felt this double standard in every walk of life.

Take for example the Government.

Why  the public can not get answers straight from the shoulder?

Why there is run around attitude? Why there is secrecy?

For example solar energy.  When satellite is launched in the space,

it gets its power from solar energy.  There are solar energy batteries

provided in the satellite, that get charged and supply power in the

functioning of the satellite.

Why  information about use of solar energy is not released for public knowledge?

In the entire world over, street lights road lights are provided by solar energy,

street lamps and road lights. India can not do it.  It is very expensive to replace the existing lamp posts.

Computers and Internet  existed during the second world war.  Its use was

restricted for war purposes and for exchange of war messages.

It was put for public benefit after many years.

Take for example the big business houses.  They conduct inside trading and made

billions of INR.  We have no access to it.  It is a privilege of a certain class of people.

Take for example the telephones.  Before 20 years, for getting a temporary telephone connection, one had to have a link with the minister and the ministry.  Any common man

can not get it.  Similarly take the example of car phones in the nineties.  It was the privilege of a few party workers  and VIPs to avail it.  Common man was deprived of it.

Thank God now that telephones are available like cutlery items in the shops.

In the field of medicine, many life saving research exist.  They are not released.

Everywhere the Government comes in the way of the public sharing the same benefit.

NEIGHBOR's GRASS LOOKS GREENER.

Senseless Sam.

“The grass is greener on the other side of the fence.”

So Sam believed when he was having an affair with his secretary.

Sam felt that his secretary was more sexually appealing than his wife.

He could speak hours together with his secretary.  He talked with his wife

to the point and guardedly as if answering a news conference.

He felt revived and regenerated in the presence of his secretary.

He was infatuated by the youth and the charm of his secretary.

Secret love affair acted as a tonic on his tired mind.  He felt young once again.

His life changed.  There was a new vigor and vitality flowing from him.

So Sam jumped the fence where the grass was greener.

Sam divorced his wife and lost custody of his two daughters.

He married his secretary in a simple ceremony in presence of his office staff.

The first six months were very exciting for Sam.

The secretary ruled the roast and in the process of governing Sam.s company,

the secretary wife overhauled the entire staff with new ones of her liking.

It was popularly said by the shareholders a petticoat administration.

She was found out as auditors revealed a scam of some millions.

Sam’s euphoria ended quickly as his fantasy bride left him a note saying,

“It was nice while it lasted, but I have found someone else whom I love.”

Sam is now 45 and lives alone. He alienated himself from his wife and children

for a secretary who was a hooker moving from man to man in search of better.

Sam now frantically tries to woo his first wife.

She does not yield, she avoids to see him.

Lastly as I know Sam is trying for a reconciliation through his daughters.

I do not know whether he will succeed.
